CHAMPAGNE EVERYDAY (2).png

Le Muselet Collection

French: [myz.le]
noun. a wire cage that is used to clamp the cork of bottles of champagne

In 1728 when sparkling wines were first shipped in bottles, the stopper had to be clamped down. The muselet was created to safeguard the wine and preserve the effervescense we now love so dearly.
